Book tickets
Please book tickets for performances well in advance of the
performance date. Tickets can be reserved at our ticket office, via
our website, by phone or e-mail, or through Ticnet. Please note
that it is not possible to book tickets on the day of the
performance. However, if there are any unsold tickets still
remaining, these can be purchased directly from the ticket office
during office hours or at the ticket office in NorrlandsOperan's
foyer one hour prior to the start of the performance.
Please note that in the majority of cases, the doors to the
theatre are closed at the start of the performance, so please make
sure to arrive in good time!
Collecting tickets
Reserved tickets can be collected from NorrlandsOperan's ticket
office. They can also be collected from any ATG or Ticnet agent (a
service fee will apply). Make sure to have your booking number with
you when collecting your tickets. Once collected, tickets may not
be redeemed. Tickets may only be exchanged for the same event if
places are available and no later than three days prior to the
performance. Any re-issuing of tickets will incur a fee of SEK 10
per ticket.
Discounts
We offer discounted ticket prices for the majority of our
performances for pensioners, students, Scenpass holders, children
and youths. The youth discount applies up until the year a youth
turns 19. Groups of 10 or more may book tickets to the majority of
our performances at a discounted price via our ticket office.
Youths up to the age of 19 can gain entry to NorrlandsOperan's own
performances free of charge 15 minutes prior to their start if
seats are available. This does not apply to performances by the
Cullberg Ballet or to any future special guest performances.
Tickets can be collected from the ticket office at the event.
Treat someone to an experience!
NorrlandsOperan gift vouchers make wonderful presents for friends
and family, clients and colleagues. Gift vouchers are valid as
payment when buying tickets at our ticket office and can be made
out in the amount of your choice.
Season tickets for music-lovers
Go all out and buy a concert season ticket. It's cheaper and
you'll be able to sit in your favourite seats at every concert. As
a season ticket holder, you'll be treated to more than just
concerts. You'll also be invited to attend different social events
where you'll have the chance to meet composers, musicians and
conductors. Buying a concert season ticket for the spring season
2011 will give you tickets to eight concerts with just one
purchase. The discounted price means you pay just SEK 880 instead
of SEK 1,120. Season tickets can be purchased up until January 20.

Audio aids
Hearing loops are available in the theatre main seating area, rows
5-7, and in the concert hall in the main seating area, rows 14
& 15. Black Box provides full coverage for hearing loops. For

Wheelchair areas
Available in the theatre in the main seating area, rows 6 & 7
and in the concert hall in the main seatingarea , row 16. The
placement of wheelchair areas in Black Box and the B Hall varies
depending on the performance. Wheelchair areas can be booked via
the ticket office.
Disabled toilet
Located in the foyer.
Lift
Services the upper foyer.
OUR STAGES
Teatern: 440 seats in the main seating area and an
additional 30 in the balcony.
Concert hall: 509 seats and standing room for
60.
Black Box: up to 260 seats. The size of the stages
and auditoriums differs depending on the nature of the event.
B-salen: 34 chairs and room for 30 sitting on the
floor.
Vita Kuben: a room for contemporary art exhibitions
and open to the public free of charge. Located in the upper
foyer.
